Returns & Subscription Cancellations

Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card –OR- mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders that will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.


You have SIXTY (60) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the SIXTY (60) DAY time limit will not be processed.


Monthly Subscriptions: You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your monthly subscription. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time after the initial THIRTY (30) Days have passed.

Please note that cancelation of Membership means giving up privilege to products and services found within.

Renewal Terms

Monthly Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to Returns & Subscription Cancellations section of the Terms of Service page.

Refund Policy


You have seven (7) days to review the Membership Site.  Should you not want the service within the first seven days, we will provide a full refund.  All requests must be made in writing.
